Taxi fares are side missions where you have a job as a taxi driver and must pick customers up and drop them off at their destination within the given time limit. To start a taxi fare you must first steal a taxi. Once inside press  to start the missions. Drive around until you see a passenger, which is represented by a green dot on your minimap. Their destination will then appear as a yellow blip on the minimap. Simply drive them to their location within the time limit to complete the fare. You will need to complete 100 total taxi fares, however, they do not need to be consecutive within the one taxi. As long as you accumulate 100 total taxi fares across your save file then you will unlock the trophy. If your taxi is destroyed or you press  or if you exit the vehicle the taxi missions will end.

Taxi fares are a great way to earn cash if you don’t wish to use cheats. After completing all 100 taxi fares in one go I earnt a total of $495,000. You can track your progress towards this trophy by pressing  and then navigating to Stats > passengers dropped off. Once you reach 100 the trophy will unlock.
