An insane stunt involves getting airborne whilst driving a vehicle. It doesn’t necessarily have to be off a jump, or even a unique jump, you can get air whilst driving off an elevated road, or hitting a ledge at speed. You will most likely unlock this trophy without even focusing on it, or most certainly whilst you complete the 20 unique jumps for the Wheels Up trophy.
The below video shows how I unlocked the trophy which was completely random whilst driving through the streets of Portland in an Ambulance.

There were no problems with the cheat, I first turned it on to read and made a medic. Then you jumped on a springboard, near the metro, you are thrown onto the train tracks. The trophy fell the first time.
