This mission is given as a phone mission on the second island. I had trouble finding it after completing all the other missions in the game.
Before starting the mission, be sure to have a rocket launcher, grenade, or a lot of assault rifle ammo to blow up a few vehicles.
You are given a time limit to go pick up a parked car. Drive there and get in to be shown a cutscene of a suicide bomber running to your car. As soon as the scene ends, run towards the van that the cut-scene bomber came from, and out the alley. Make a right at the end of the alley upa short set of stairs and in front of the building there, and take a right into the next alley. There should be stairs here to get onto a short roof overlooking the parking lot.
Blow up all of the vans parked in the alley (there are 4, with 1 right below the roof you are on). Once they are all destroyed, jump down and shoot the last few bombers.

This mission is classed as number 57 so it's a while into the story.
Make sure you have Grenades and Rocket Launchers. Armour is also highly recommended.

Passed the first time. Used an Uzi and a grenade launcher. I just drove my car into the tunnel through which I came here. He immediately blew up the first car with a grenade launcher.
