Below are all the weapons in the game:
- Unarmed (probably not needed) but you start with it.
- Pistol (can be found on police, or gang members, or delivered to hideout by collecting 10 hidden packages)
- Uzi (can be found on the Cartel, or Ammunation in Portland once in stock, or delivered to hideout by collecting 20 hidden packages).

- AK-47 (delivered to hideout by collecting 70 hidden packages).
- Sniper Rifle (delivered to hideout by collecting 80 hidden packages, or Staunton Island Ammunation).
- M16 (delivered to hideout by collecting 90 hidden packages).
- Rocket Launcher (delivered to hideout by collecting 100 hidden packages).
- Flamethrower (delivered to hideout by doing 20 firefighter missions on each island (60 total)).
- Bat (can be found on Triads/Diablos gang members, or at hideout).
- Remote Detonator (can be found in the "I Scream, You Scream" mission from El Burro or use the one given from 8-Ball's shop in Shoreside Vale).

I have used all weapons made sure they have at least 1 kill each and no pop. Must need to use the remote detonator to get this achievement.
EDIT: I can confirm you NEED to use the remote detonator to get this achievement, if you missed out on it while playing the mission just go to the 8-ball shop in Shoreside Vale (third island next to the pay n' spray) with any car, select the remote detonator in the weapons wheel and blow it up.
