All Missions in the Same Savegame ? If yes, count it when I go „illegale“ to the 2nd an 3rd Island ?

If you mean using glitches to access the 2nd and 3rd islands early before you unlock them, I'm pretty sure it still counts.

Anyone else having problems with the 20 fire truck missions on each island?? Ive done a total of 116 fires extinguished with more then 20 done on each island and still nothing.

There is a way to track it, in stats you can see criminals killed on vigilante and total fires extinguished, I’m still on the first island and it says 24 crims and 16 fires. 4 more fires and that’s island one. Obviously not as easy if you are already on the next island and have an amount showing but just a tip if you were to start again.

Do u ever stop getting attacked by rival gangs cause that will prevent me getting these achievements, cause i keep getting blew up

with the police one do they count say if i do 10 then die and do 10 more do they count as 20 or do you have it in one run on each

Correct. It does not have to be consecutive. Same goes with the fire missions.

I have 60 kills for vigilante 20 on each island,
21 fires on Portland need to do Staunton and shore side vale, I got to lvl 12 in paramedics with 3 patients left to pickup and I got pulled out my ambulance never pissed me off so much after 30 attempts at this but if I start the game over on a new save too attempt paramedic would it could towards the achievement or do all of it have to be on the same save file?

update this is buggy iv unlocked it on here and social club tab but on xbox it come saying i done it but shows locked

I got the police bribes at all my safe houses from doing 20 on the first island do I still have to do them on all the other islands

CTHazard, yes. You need 6 police bribes in total. You earn 1 bribe for every 10 criminals killed in Vigilante mode, with 2 bribes earned in each island. I wait until I get to Sunshine Vale and get the Rhino before I start Vigilante. It's much easier that way. FYI, if you are about to get busted, end the mission and restart the autosave. It'll clear out the wanted level and keep your progress.

No. Once the gangs become hostile, there is no turning back. This is why it is advised to do them at the beginning of the game and the start of every new island. To avoid the hostile areas and struggling to certain vehicle side missions, rampages, stunt jumps or hidden packages.

The fire missions on Shoreside Vale is a total pain because the game never gives you enough time because the island it too spread out. I found a great place to do this after a little trial and error.
If you look on the map where your safe house is, there is a street that runs north and south adjacent to the water that is east of your safe house. It's not too long and if you park the fire truck at either end and start the mission most times it will send you to the opposite end of the street for the fire.
This is a really fast way to do this part.
If it sends you to a different part of the map simply restart the mission.
If you have done the other 2 islands already you will know you have finished this when you get the notification that a flame thrower has been delivered to your safe house . If not, just check progress in the stats menu.
I did all these at the start of the game to make this way easier, but you can most likely still do it like this later in the game.
Also there is a fire station is at the airport.
