Rockstar's times to beat appear to be:
Hangman's Noose: 2 minutes 32 seconds
Bomb da Base II: 5 minutes 34 seconds
Deal Breaker: 7 minutes 3 seconds
When going for these times, it will often come down to who your teammates are. If they all know what they are doing, then you have a chance. If one or more people don't know what to do, TELL THEM (or direct them to YouTube!)
These YouTube walkthroughs by 007craft will show you how to beat the missions:

Note 21/01/11: I recently helped some friends with this so a few things happened differently than when I did this back in September 2009. The changes have been made below to reflect the new experience.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The video guides are quite useful, but I find there's just some things it doesn't tell you. So here's some advice to be used with them.
For all missions: When you shoot with your assault rifle, tap the trigger as opposed to squeezing it down completely. I find this helps kill enemies quicker.
--Deal Breaker--
This can actually be done with four people. Two people will kill themselves before the final keycard is picked up to get the single boat mission. The difficulty will be on hard because it makes no difference to the AI, it just gives you fewer lives. Auto-aim should be on as this makes things a lot easier.
At the start, you have a choice. You can either all go to the helicopter or two can go there and two can go by car.
- If by helicopter: let the pilot go ahead of you and then the three follow behind in the other car. Since the helicopter takes a bit of time to start up, it makes sense for the pilot to get there ahead of the rest and getting everyone organised to get into a car can take a few seconds. Make sure that you know which sides of the helicopter you'll be getting into before you get there.
- If by car: the pilot will have to take another person with them. The driver will not take the default route, but instead will turn right onto the highway. There will be a ramp to contend with as well but if the person knows what they're doing, they should arrive ahead of the helicopter. If you find you aren't making it there before it, then you should all take the helicopter.
Two of the people will be the suiciding team and will be killing themselves before the final keycard is picked up. If you end up all taking the helicopter, two people should jump out just before the helicopter lands on the roof. The game should spawn you somewhere at the bottom of the building and you will now be down a life which will help later on. So either by helicopter only or by helicopter/car, two of you will be at the top and two at the bottom. There will always be a keycard on the roof - this is the one you leave until last to pick up.
The pilot should only really go down as far as level three before heading back up. Really, it's a toss up with the other three players as to what happens but obviously the suiciding team will most likely have cleared the bottom and first floor. Find out which side the pilot will be coming down as it will be important for one of the suiciding team to go up on that side to help the other helicopter member. Things may not always go according to plan, for example, one of the helicopter team may get killed accidentally. You may want to change your strategy during the game if you think this will hinder your chances.
When you get down to just a few enemies left, the suiciding team will want to get to work on killing themselves. This is probably the most trickiest part to time because you don't want to be stuck waiting for them to die. It's just good judgement by the players really.
So the biggest piece of information I have for you is if you have two people left before the 5:00ish mark you should get the boat mission but it really just depends on how quickly and efficiently you kill the enemies, particularly those on the ground floor. It was noticed a few times that if some of the enemies were allowed to run upstairs, it could cause the end mission to change, despite the time you get. Obviously if you're doing this with two people initially, the theory changes. Then you should be allowed to get to around 5:20ish for time and still get the boat mission.
So if all goes to plan, by the time the suiciders have run out of lives, the pilot will be in place to pick up the final keycard left on the roof and the other player will be waiting for the boat. Depending on where the other player is when the keycard is picked up, you could hop on a bike to get to the corner quicker.
After picking up the keycard, there will be enough time for the pilot to fly down, land, get out and help the other player. I find it maximises the chances you have of successfully killing all people in the boat. There are three of them; the driver will be in the middle of the targeting symbols when the boat is coming towards you. So after killing them, calmly get back into the helicopter and fly back to the garage. Don't crash land the helicopter. You're better off landing it and running into the garage. However if you're stuck for time, chance it. When my team originally did it, we got a 6:48 so we had the time there to land.
--Hangman's Noose---
Difficulty makes no difference and auto-aim should be allowed. Three or four people works best for this one. If you have four, two people will have to get to the helicopters and one will fly to the landing area and just wait. It's best to have two people take on the cops. When the pilot arrives back, land the helicopter away from the plane. There's markings on the ground around the plane so land the helicopter outside the box the plane is in otherwise Petrovic won't get out. I found this to be the main issue with this game mode. It seems to cause Petrovic to become glitchy if you land too close. Other than that it's a straightforward mission.
As a side note for this mission, if you're looking to do this later on for Wanted, note that the host should always stay near the plane and not go for the helicopter. It means the NOOSE guys will drop more money when they die.
--Bomb da Base II--
Again, the same for difficulty being any and auto-aim being allowed. Three but mostly four people works best. This one unfortunately is all about luck. As the video states, the truck spawn to the left is the one that works so this is the one you'll want to get. I would advise splitting the team and taking two cars. It allows you to cover two positions on the truck and gives you a slight bit of control on the direction it goes. It also protects you in case the cops happen to get a good shot and blow up your vehicle. At least two team members will still be alive.
So once your designated team member takes the truck, all of you head for the marker. The truck will be slowest so once the others, in one or two cars get there ahead of it, happy days. You want to be taking off in the helicopter by 2:30 but you can be as late as 3:00. Before you get into the helicopter be sure to know where everyone is going to sit.
Unlike what the video does, the pilot should drop two players on the roof of the bridge where the top bomb is. They will then drop down and be able to attack on both sides when entering the room. The pilot (and if they have another player) will head towards the glitch. Land on the cargo hold where the glitch is to save time running to it. Be careful of surrounding enemies. So one or both of you will try jumping down to the bomb. Whoever makes it will set it, the other will just get off the ship. By now the other players will have set the top bomb and are off the ship already. Now all you have to do is wait for the last player to kill themselves with a grenade and respawn. It'll either be on the ground or on the ship, but just get to the ground as quickly as possible.

In "Deal Breaker" does the "suicide team" get the achievement as well, or do they have to do a different run switching roles?
By SiNNeR sLoTh on 12 Apr 2011 17:22
They'll get it as well.
By LitaOsiris on 12 Apr 2011 17:48
The above 2 guides are great but I still found them lacking for getting Deal Breaker in under 7:03. I tried both methods and still had no luck. This is a guide for people who want to pass this using only 2 people for Deal Breaker. If you are using 3-4 people I suggest following LitaOsiris method. My method is kind of a combination of both.
BEFORE you even think of playing have you and your partner watch the video in James Hoskin's guide and the one below (which is in no way my own). It will give you an idea of how to play.
Settings: Auto aim allow, Difficulty does not matter, Traffic is Parked, Enemy Health is on, Time is Midday, and Weather is clear.
Step One: When you start each player grabs their own car. One will be driving to pick up the helicopter and the other will drive the freeway. If the car is out front that one should be used for the guy driving the freeway. Taking the different vehicles saves you time in 2 ways. First there is no wait for other people getting in the same car. Second the guy driving the freeway can get there and start shooting up to 20 seconds before the helicopter partner! That will save you a huge amount of time.
Step Two: This is very important! The guy who flies the helicopter and lands on the roof MUST leave at least one key card up there. The reason is the boat does not seem to spawn if you don't. My partner and I would just collect all the key cards as we went and kill everybody and we would end with an awesome time like 4:10-4:30 but the van would always spawn instead. If you save the key card up on the roof, by the time you get there the boat will spawn instead and your partner should have time to be waiting at the corner.
Step Three: Blow up the boat, get in the chopper and get back!
Tips to make the best of your time:
- Take your time landing in the chopper! It does not take that much longer and it really sucks if you have to start over because you hurried and lost the blades.
- Tap the right trigger to shoot. For some reason it kills faster then holding it down. If you watched the video below, I have no idea how they kill so fast, so don't ask me.
- If a guy falls while you are shooting him but does not die, cycle to another guy and shoot them. By the time the first guy stands up you will most likely have killed the second.
- Make sure you pick up every key card (except the roof one) and kill every guy on a level before you move on. It will be faster to check then instead of hurrying to find it after you are done.
- Rocket launcher can help big time in blowing up the boat! Take time to pick it up even if its a little out of the way.
- If you are flying the helicopter to pick up the guy who shoots the boat, and you land in time to get out before he destroys the boat, do it! Your buddy may miss and you can back him up if need be.
- You probably won't pass this the first time. DO NOT give up. You will get there eventually, and the more you play it the better you get.
Thanks to TiMe 2 RePLAY for sticking in there and helping me get it done!

I did this with four player for Deal breaker, its kind of an updated & a little bit more helpful solution for people trying to get it with for people. Do the same thing as the video from 007 craft but with a few tweaks to it. First I'll tell you the requirements needed for this or what you want at least for it. Then I'll move on to actually doing it.
1st- you want to have somebody that can both drive & fly really well or have two people one that can do either or both. They come in really handy especially for both flying & driving. If you can't fly well sorry but don't take the controls or get some practice first. For my group I was both.
2nd- you want to put the game on hard difficulty, the AI's won't change in strength or anything but you do get less lives which is important later on in the game.
3rd-you want to designate who will be dying & who will be killing, yes that is involved in this but a little different from the others. Don't worry you'll see
4th-KNOW WHERE THE HELL YOU ARE GOING!! Its very important to know what your doing & where you are going for this. Very!
5th-Plan everything out while your doing it or before your start the mission. Plus have constant communication through the whole thing.
6th-Take your time cause this is going to get very annoying & become a HUGE PAIN IN The @$$ for everybody. So it might take you a very long while.
Now that that's done time to move on to the actual thing.
Okay the person that is driving should get in the car first since they can drive & know the way. If two different cars are being taken the other person better also know the way or follow the other person. Make sure you don't hit the solid telephone poles like 007 said or you will waste a bit of time & don't run over the fire hydrant, it will fuck you up also. I know about it already just trust me on that....Don't worry about the time because you can make it up later as long as you take off within the 1:00-1:30 mark. (I know cause my group took off within that time frame & we still got it). If there chopper is not there, just restart. Next the person that can fly should get in the chopper also first & start the chopper up while everybody is getting in. (Note on both the car & chopper if the animation is almost in start taking off). The person that's flying you want to get enough air so that you have enough clearance to not hit anything but not too much so that your too high up. A little bit higher than what's in 007 video will do you (believe me I know this I was flying & didn't have enough clearance to make it over a telephone tower...tower not pole.) Once you get to the bridge start braking & decreasing your chopper downward little by little but not too much remember clearance to make it on the roof. Before you land the two people that are going to kill themselves should jump out of the chopper to fall to there deaths. (see told you it would be important later on.)
Now here is where we split this up a little bit First with group B which just killed themselves (don't worry we are going to get these two groups back together in a little bit).
Now after group B has killed themselves & respawned they should both have two lives left. They are going to work from the ground floor to the 3rd floor killing everybody & picking up all the key cards on all the floors EXCEPT ON THE THIRD FLOOR, DON"T TOUCH ANY KEY CARDS ON THIS FLOOR (unless there are two then one person picks up one of them either group A or B) Including all the other key cards. Now each member of group B is going to be on a Different level either Floor 1 or Floor 2, no one on the ground floor. You want to already have that area completely finished & all the cards picked up.
Now Group A's turn. After the two members jump to their death you want to land the chopper on the roof, without breaking the blades or having the chopper tip off the edge of the roof. Don't worry if you land it hard & smash the glass. JUST LAND THE DAM THING to where it can still fly. Now while group B is clearing out the floors from the bottom up, you are going to clear out the floors from the top floor downward doing the same thing as group B almost exactly. Just like group B, they are going to kill everybody & pick up all the key cards EXCEPT FOR THE ONE ON THE THIRD FLOOR(unless there are two, there is a reason for this). Now once everybody is killed you SHOULD still have a good amount of time left. Now Both group A & B will rejoin here kind of. Everybody except the pilot is going to check all the other floors (except the floor 3rd) where enemy's were just in case any key cards were missed. If none were missed then you can skip that part, but if any were the person that is the closet to them should get them. This could mess up your time for the achievement, (it messed up ours alot with those dam key cards being on top of one another on a small map).
Now who ever is the better shot between group A & B, not including the pilot of the chopper will go to the edge of the map by the water to shoot the boat. While the other two members of the group, not including the pilot of the chopper will kill themselves via grenades. Once both of them are dead (making sure their name disappears from the screen first saying they died before you do this) the pilot picks up the final key card on the third floor. YOU SHOULD PICK THIS CARD UP BETWEEN 5:00 & 5:05, this will get you the boat. If the boat doesn't appear, restart (we are not 100% sure on this but both times we picked it up there it worked, when we picked it up before 5:00 minutes we got the van or bikes instead. But still don't take our word for this). Once the pilot has picked up that card they need to get up the stairs AS FAST AS POSSIBLE & back in the chopper. While the pilot is doing that the person at the pier (edge of the map) should have either the AK-47 or RPG out to destroy the boat, which ever weapon works best for the person & they are sure they can kill or destroy the boat & passengers in it (For us, our guy's were able to do it with an RPG). Once the boat and/or people are gone they should wait for the pilot to come & pick them up. DON'T STAND UNDER IT, it just get's you hurt, waste time, & becomes even more tricky for the pilot. Meanwhile the Pilot should be back in the chopper & taking off from the roof, the pilot must have the chopper under control & not be going fast. They should be landing the chopper on that small strip of land by the water, that their partner is standing on. You want to land it easily on the strip, so it's not tipping over, the blades aren't breaking, or that your going into the water. Nice & firmly on the strip, and don't land on your partner.
Now once your partner is in the chopper take off, and get enough clearance once again to get over stuff, like metal towers but not to high as to where its going to take you forever to get back down. Now at this time, you should be somewhere in the time frame of 5:45-6:30 at least, if your at 6:30 your kind of pushing it alot...What the pilot wants to do is fly as fast as they can to the house, when they are close enough slow down just a bit so your not over shooting the place by a mile.
Now If your rushing its going to help a little but not alot, you want to start coming in fast & crash into the building, while your partner TRIES to jump out when you hit the house (NEAR GROUND LEVEL, SO YOU DON'T DIE) once the blades break or you hit the ground & LIVE hopefully, both of you run into the garage & your done. Yes both people need to be in there. Now if you have time to spare, I mean alot of time to spare 15-30 seconds or more, land the heli & hop out. Then just get in the garage. Either one of the methods should work.
I want to thank all my friends that helped to get this achievement, & we helped each other get it. After reading about it, looking up stuff about it, & constantly tweaking it over & over again to fit us four we finally got it. I couldn't of done this without Monoxide Mike, Daft Scot, z 4assed monkey, Tgamesmaster, & mchsTom. Yea there are 6 people in this including me, so that does mean we did it twice & this method actually worked.
I just wish we had a video to show you guys of how we did it, it would of been great. You could of seen the awesomeness & saw the hilarity that would of made you die laughing along with all the jokes, bickering, bs, smack talk & everything else that goes great with a video. Well too bad though.

Just want to let everyone know that only 1 person needs to make it to the destination or finish the mission. As long as 1 person finishes it counts for everyone even though you don't get much money and it says you got 0:00:00.
This guy the other day just started this achievement. We played just the 3 of us. 2 of us made it and he did not. (Died too many times) We both finished under the time. We then did Hangmans Noose and then Bomb the Base II under the time. He got the achievement even though he didn't finish deal breaker with us.
Here are the times to beat.
Hangman's Noose: 2 minutes 32 seconds
Bomb da Base II: 5 minutes 34 seconds
Deal Breaker: 7 minutes 3 seconds
So since only 1 person has to make it you can just have 1 guy stay inside the garage in Deal Breaker while the rest go take out all the enemies. Then have them suicide themselves after its time to head back. This is best with 3 people because of less enemies that are fleeing. With 3 people you should all go in the chopper and once the enemies are fleeing then 1 person should fly the chopper to the garage while the other 2 players kill the boat guy or the guys on the bikes.
So for Hangmans Noose all you need is 1 person to grab the chopper and pick up Petrovic and if the rest can't make it then just have them suicide themselves while your on your way to the destination.
This trick comes to no use really though in Bomb the Base II. But make sure to do the glitch where you fall through the floor on the ship to arm the bomb. Stand in front of the number 12 light and just tap X and climb over the invisible walls to arm the bomb. Then get off the boat by cooking a grenade and killing yourself.

I, myself, Rikman, Killersquirelz (Host), & Beefence spent 2 days total getting this achievement which we all got yesterday (8/12/16). Here is a few tips to those still having trouble with Deal Breaker specifically. This is based on 2hrs of no helicopter and boat spawning.
1st. If there is no car outside....Go into the garage and split up into the two cars and drive to the heli spawn. It seems to reduce the amount times the helicopter does not appear in the beginning. It will only take roughly 3secs more.
2nd. While every method says "Leave a card on the roof" We did it this way....after following the vids and guides, With two guys killing themselves before we got on the roof, the two still in the heli landed on the roof and killed all 4 guys and chose to take the card on the roof and only leave one card on the ground floor. We had the pilot place the helicopter at the edge where the boat spawns to save time once the other two players started to kill themselves before the last card was picked up and doing it this way, we got the boat every time! Saves time and I hope this helps those still going for the ach!

All three modes can be completed playing together with a friend.
In the game Hangman's NOOSE, one rides on a square behind the helicopter while the second takes out special forces from the plane until Petrovich gets out, then you land the helicopter nearby, wait until Petrovich climbs in and the three of you rush at full speed in the helicopter to the point. Please note that Petrovich does not always behave adequately.
In Bomb da Base II, get into one car and rush to intercept an armored car, steal it and drive it to the point. It is advisable to spend no more than 3 minutes on an armored car. Then take a helicopter to the ship. One lands at the boat, then one flight up to the captain's bridge and, having cleared the area, places a bomb. Another lands on the deck and, using a glitch, falls into the hold and places a bomb, then explodes on a grenade. You both abandon ship and it's done.
In Deal Breaker you need to set the traffic to “parked” so that the helicopter stays in its place (otherwise it doesn’t always appear). Get into the car and drive behind the turntable, then fly to the point. One lands on the ground and begins to take out everyone on the first level, then on the second floor, then runs to the corner of the pier and waits for the boat. Once she is within range, she takes out the four from the machine gun and prepares for evacuation. The second one lands on the roof and systematically begins to go from top to bottom, clearing the floors (do not forget to both pick up the green packages), then, having reached the third floor and killing the last one, climbs back to the roof behind the helicopter and, having picked up the first one, both rush to the base. Depending on where the first one lands: 1) there will be more enemies there (it’s much easier to deal with them on the ground); 2) there will be either a boat, or a van, or a bunch of bikers (it’s easier to deal with a boat, so put the first one on the ground - in this case the boat appears more often)
