I was going to say it was viral as well because I could hear the Kid I killed ...Almost 1000% positive he is not working at rockstar so I guess if the person has it you get it

As of August 2014, this achievement is easy as cake. First kill in deathmatch and it popped. Games are still easy to come by and just going into multiplayer with deathmatch will get you a match.

FYI - this can be done in anything, if you are spreading the viral (in Viral month for example) set up a Player match with max private slots and just send out invites

from my experience, just play free roam for a bit and look for zombies, no username, or r* speedos (speedos are most common)

I think it is quite obvious at this point that this is a viral achievement...the description provided by Rockstar is misleading but in this case, that is a good thing.

You will usually get this on your first kill, if you don't then the person you killed is just weird.

One of the easiest achievements. Everything is simple here, start a network game and kill any player and the achievement is yours.
