to get this achievement you have to steal a police car or just call 911 on your mobile/cell phone and the police will show up where you are (but they won't be looking for you).
now drive to Alderney (the island of the left-hand side of the map) and stop the car. Now press LB to access the police computer and look for the "most wanted" or something like that. A list of criminals will come up. Kill one by one.
now drive to Algonquin (the island in the middle of the map) and do the same.
now drive to Broker/Dukes/Bohan (any island on the right-hand side of the map - where you start the game) and do the same.
Once you kill 30 criminals (you can kill 10 criminals on each island if you want) the achievement will unlock.
TIP: make sure you have a lot of money because you will need to buy ammo and body armor every 3 or 4 missions since the criminals won't be alone most of the time (they will have mates helping them out and you will be shot at a lot). Also note that you won't make any money out of the missions.

My stats say I've killed 46 criminals but this chevo hasn't popped.. Any ideas? Done exactly what both guides said to do. Get cop car, enter most wanted, kill criminals. Am I missing something? ??

So would you want to first do is still a cop car or get the cheat for the FIB Buffalo I will list the number here
227-555-0100 is the cheat This cheat does not disable any other achievements though so That's where you're lucky. Now what you want to do is Press LB on your controller And it'll bring it up the police terminal which then you would want to go to most wanted and complete all of those by killing all the criminals, and red marked enemies from each Most wanted report, and then after that complete All of them again on another island and then same thing with the last island which then you will get the achievement Sorry if that was confusing but I got to get ready to go places!

Something i noticed all the above Guides miss.... Is how absolutely easy it is the regular police car to get damaged....but to solve this just take the Police Car to your apartment, park in the yellow lines, and walk/drive away 2-4 blocks and come back... *it should be completely repaired.
(You can also do this after stealing a Police Car, park in the lines & save inside apartment to get rid of Wanted Level... Then basically do the same Walk 2 blocks trick.)
I found that the Immigration Humvee is one of the stronger Police cars, and basically kept re-using it this way, since some of the Most Wanted can damage your Car allot... Just Park, Walk, Respawn... Repeat.
(This way you don't have to worry about using the Cheat for the Buffalo)

Basically this trophy is the same thing as the *Cleaned the mean streets* Trophy,
but instead of killing 20 criminals, you haft to find the most wanted criminals,
basically All you need is,
1. A cop car, you can get a cop car by using your phone and dialing 911, then press 1, after you
do that, wait about 30 seconds and cops will show up, just go up to the car and steal it.
2. guns, you will need guns to kill the criminals,
3. Have all islands unlocked (Required)
now after you have all of that, basically if you have a police car, come to a full stop and press L1, after you do this step, a menu should pop up, go to *View Most Wanted* after you click on that, a list of people's name should pop up, for example a guy named (Maxwell Caughlin) should pop up at the top of the list, if you're in the Bohan/broker/dukes, area,
Now all you need to do is click on one of the criminal's names, then it should show you the direction to there location on the map/mini map, now keep repeating this same process until you kill all (10 criminal's) in one area, keep in mind there is 10 criminals in each area,
the area's you need to go to are, Broker, Algonquin, Alderney,
you don't need to go to bohan or dukes, because broker and bohan and dukes all count as the same area, so the only places you will need to go are listed above,
