Grand Theft Auto IV

I looked at the other Solution and none of them helped me getting this achievement.
Why? They didn’t show what time the random characters show up

I only found 4 of them in 2 days because of the time so I thought I would help all of you and tell you when they show up and what to do for them. If you follow this guide it will give you the achievement and the 5% for the "Key to the city" Achievement.

*Note: Before you start going for this achievement Finish the main story it will make this way easier.

Dukes/Broker
Brian

Brian 1:
Time: I found him around noon/12:00
Task: Nothing, he will give you 100$

Brian 2
Time: You will need to wait two days again until he shows up again
Task: Take him to the dealers.
Drive him home

Brian 3:
Time: You will need to wait 1 in game week or a little longer. I found him at around 3am in the morning
Task: Drive him to the deal.
Kill both of the dealers who are attacking him.
Drive him back to his house.


Mel
Time: Try it around noon/12:00
Task: Drive Mel to the meeting place
Kill the 3 guys.
Drive her back.


Badman
Time: I found him around noon/12:00
Task: Drive to the red marker
Kill the Russian gang




Ilyena Faustin
Time: I found her around noon/12:00
Task: Meet her daughters boyfriend
Kill him or beat him up




Algonquin


Cherise
*Note: If you killed her in the mission “Ruff Rider” She will not appear here for obvious reasons
Time: I found her around 3pm/15:00
Task: Drive to the marker.
Beat up the boyfriend.
Return to Cherise.


Clarence
*Note: If you kill him in the mission “Blood Brothers” he won’t appear here for obvious reasons.
Time: Around noon/12:00
Task: Kill him.



Jeff

Jeff 1:
Time: I found him around 5pm/17:00.
Task: Follow his wife to a café
Go inside and take a photo of the couple

Jeff 2:
Time: He will call you 2 days after his 1st task
Task: Meet him.
Dump the body/car in the water.

Jeff 3:
Time: You will need to wait a week until he shows up again
Task: Nothing, watch the cut scene.


Pathos

Pathos 1:
Time: Any time
Task: Kill the guys who are attacking him

Pathos 2:
Time: I found him around noon/12:00
Task: Kill the attackers.
Drive him to the hospital.




Hossan:
Time: I found him around 3pm/15:00
Task: Collect the money.
Chase after the guy who attacks Hossan (kill him).
Drive him to the yellow marker.




Marnie

Marnie 1:
Time: Around noon/12:00
Task: Take Marnie to the dealer's place.

Marnie 2:
Time: Around moom/12:00
Task: Take Marnie to the station.



Sara

Sara 1:
Time: She only shows up at night
Task: Drive her home

Sara 2:
Time: She showed up at around 5pm/17:00 for me.
Task: Go to the store
Buy or kill the guy to get the item.
Deliver it to Sara.


Alderney


Eddie Low
*Note: He will only appear between 20:00 and 4:00. He showed up at 2am/2:00 for me
Eddie 1:
Time: 20:00-4:00
Task:Take him to the docks
Drive him home

Eddie 2:
Time: 20:00-4:00
Task: Kill Eddie (he will attack you with a knife)



Ivan
*Note: You can kill him in the mission “Actions Speak Louder than Words”. He won't appear here for obvious reasons.
Time: Around 3pm/15:00
Task: Collect his money (kill the guys)




Gracie:
Time: Around noon/12:00
Task: Kill the Guys who are attacking you.

Meet each random character. their extra missions aren't necessary. Some extra ones are included here but aren't necessary as they can be killed off earlier in the game.

1. Badman: You will find him sitting on a bench in front of the Pill Pharm after you complete the mission "Shadow."
2. Brian Part 1: You will find him next to Roman's Cab Depot after you complete the mission "It's Your Call."
3. Mel: He will be standing just up the block from your first safehouse after you complete "Escuela of the Streets."
4.Ilyena Faustin: She will be standing on the boardwalk after you complete "Escuela of the Streets."
5.Cherise: You will find her at the Cluckin' Bell after you complete "The Holland Play" and "Ruff Rider," provided you kept her alive in Ruff Ryder
6.Clarence: You will find him on the street after completing "Holland Nights," provided you decided to spare him in that mission.
7.Jeff Part 1: He will be standing on a street corner after you complete "Photo Shoot."
8.Pathos Part 1: He will be near the Thespian Theaters selling his CDs after you complete "Escuela of the Streets."
9.Hossan: He will be selling items on a street corner after you complete "The Puerto Rican Connection."
10.Sara Part 1: She will standing in Suffolk during nighttime hours after completing "The Puerto Rican Connection."
11.Marnie Part 1: Marnie will be sitting on a park bench by the large fountain after you complete "Three Leaf Clover."
12.Eddie Low Part 1: He will be at the end of an alley between 10pm and 4am after you complete "Three Leaf Clover."
13.Ivan: Provided you kept him alive in "Ivan the Not So Terrible, you will find him on a street corner after completing "Three Leaf Clover."
14.Gracie: Gracie will be standing in front of her home after you complete "Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend."

Can confirm in 2023...

If the character dies during the Story Missions, they are not required for the Achievement.

So if you are doing this after the main story, is probably the best way to go so you don't forget who you've Met already...lol

Only the First Interaction matters, i still had secondary interactions after i finished the Achievement

Prima di scrivere questa guida ci tengo a precisare che i personaggi che avete la possibilità di uccidere durante la storia (non) contano per questo trofeo MA TUTTO DIPENDE IN BASE A COSA SCEGLIETE DI FARE. In diverse missioni come ad esempio in quella di Vlad "Ivan not so terrible" arriverà un punto in cui dovrete decidere la sorte di questo personaggio, ovvero aiutarlo e lasciarlo vivo oppure farlo morire.

Ecco, se lo uccidete, automaticamente non conterà per l'obiettivo, quindi in parte vi consiglio di ucciderli tutti i personaggi che potete uccidere durante la storia, così avrete meno lavoro da fare, ma nel caso lo abbiate lasciato vivo, allora per sbloccare il trofeo dovete incontrarlo! NON ASCOLTATE QUELLI CHE VI DICONO DI RESETTARE IL GIOCO!

Qualora un personaggio non dovesse spawnare andate nel vostro rifugio, dormite per 1 giorno intero (4 volte, poiché ogni volta che dormite passano 6 ore) e dopo cercate di far impostare il tempo il più vicino possibile all'ora di spawn per questo "amico", alcuni sono disponibili sempre, altri solo in determinati orari!
