Get Brucie's like percentage above 75%. He will then call you and tell you that he'll give you heli rides and the achievement will then unlock. Brucie doesn't wake up until 8am, so don't call him before that or he will dislike you for waking him up.

Numerous other places have detailed the activities that Brucie likes, so I won't duplicate that information here.

I will point out that if you're trying to have multiple events with Brucie in the same outing (i.e., bowling, eating, show), the "helicopter" and "boating" events are impossible to link up in this way. When you arrive at Brucie's map marker, you're immediately placed into the boat or heli, and Brucie returns home upon landing the craft, allowing no chance to link these events with other activities.

Also, winning one of Brucie's street races or delivering one of his "exotic export" cars will also improve his like factor by one percentage point (and may increase respect as well--mine is at 100 already, so I can't verify).

Then you can wait till he calls you and bam! You will get your achievement!

You can take Brucie, Roman, Little Jacob, and Packie to a strip club when you hang out with them, then just leave them there by getting out and far away from the club. They should like you 5 or 8% more. When you take them on multiple activities if you go to a comedy or cabaret club don't skip the show because when you do that you actually leave without watching the whole show. If you take them to a comedy or cabaret club, then to an activity that's not drinking they should like up to 10 or 15% more, remember don't skip the show.
