As of 09/02/2023 it's impossible to complete this mission on Xbox Series S there is a glitch that prevents you from climbing the helicopter. I ve tried every solution on Youtube but still doesn't work.

I used my massage gun and it worked. You need something that vibrates and place it over the a button.

Although this achievement unlocks after finishing the final mission, it's really for completing all story missions in the game.
IGN have done a thorough job of creating a step by step walkthru for every mission. I'm currently using this to remind me what's coming next for my Liberty City Minute achievement and its very detailed.

If I were to add one extra tip, I would say never start a new mission without full health and fresh bulletproof armour (bought from any gun shop around the city).

Just a quick mention if the graphical glitch that can happen in certain scenarios in which during the last mission of the game...
in order to climb into the heli.

Just a Warning about the Last mission... You *will want to Save somewhere in the Middle island after the Wedding Scene with Roman...
Make sure you buy all Guns and Ammo you will need, in case you need to load last Save (like i did for the last mission)
The last Mission was 5 Parts,
First you get a Call from Jacob to meet him... Followed by a Car Chase (do not shoot/blow up their car, it is programmed to go to the final location...
And this is the Only checkpoint for Restarting from if you fail/die.
Second part is the Shootout at a Warehouse, where you Chase Dimitry to a Helicopter at the end...
Third, you get kicked off the Heli, and have to Chase Dimitri in a Boat, hurry to get inside the boat or it is likely to get rpg'd
Fourth, you have to speed up to catch Jacob in the Heli, which is Timed/scripted...(this is where i failed the most, and depending on Armor & guns, would have to decide to restart from last Load... Or Restart from Text, back at the Shootout section....)
If you make it to the Heli, you basically just follow Dimitri's Heli till it does a Scripted-Crash on Happiest Island...
Part 5 is another Shootout on the Island, but i found it Easiest to just go to the Right, and Run after Dimitri as quick as possible.... It won't let you kill him until you are behind the Statue though.... But this way is easier than Shooting, since all the Cops on the Island will start shooting, as well as the Bad Guy's....
And that's it.... Nothing after the Credits
