How to unlock the The End of the Line achievement in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition - Definitive Guide

Story related but requires ~35% of territories to be taken over before hand before you can advance. Some small notes below as know a lot of people dislike how horrible this level can be.

Incredibly minor spoilers below regarding the final chase.

Before starting I would personally reccommend:
- Complete the 12 levels of firefighter before doing this level as there is a lot of fire to extinguish whilst trying to fight enemies and completing them will not only get you the achivement, but will mean you are fireproof

- Completing the 10 Ambulance missions for added health.

- The additional armour perk from vigilante could be useful but that ones a lot harder and there is plenty of armour around the palace.

-Ensure you have several hundred rounds of an assault rifle like the M4 or AK and full armour. I would also pack the SMG for quicker run-and-guns. There are plenty of ammo drops but this will make the boss fight easier too. The minigun or rocket launcher is a good choice if you have it, but the rocket can be a pain indoors.

General notes:

If you are struggling on the crack palace (big smoke) I would recommend
- A lot of the rooms can be mostly cleared from the door by shooting it open and aim-locking people with the M4.
- During the boss fight you ideally want full armour. Take care of the couple of random enemies and then just focus fully on unloading mags of the assault rifle into the boss. He doesn't deal much damage in this version compared to the OG (it seems) so I just stood still and let him come to the lower level.
- Enemy positions are fixed. The harder to spot ones are in the dark after the boss fight (like behind the bar, and on a gantry)
- After the boss fight, when escaping the burning building you can fire down into the first open area from the overlooking room (where the first extinguisher is)
- Turning auto-aim to max makes the exit a lot easier (as it can be hard to see enemies in smoke sometimes)

If you are struggling on the chase scene I would recommend not following the fire engine too close until its about to hit the freeway, and then always drive parallel until the officer is loosening sweets grip to avoid scripted colissions.
The whole scene is scripted out so don't bother firing on the truck as its indestructable. Just focus on firing at the cars. Just be careful about firing at cars directly next to you as their explosion can lower your cars health. The scene ends after going through East Los Santos if you want to guage your health/distance.

Good to see the recommendations for paramedic and firefighter.
Please note you can jetpack into Area 69, steal the tank that is parked there, save at the abandoned airstrip to lose wanted levels. Put the tank in the hangar and save again. Then use the tank for the vigilante missions. Super easy. Extra armor is definitely worth it.

Agree @FQX, and for those without or who dislike the jetpack its really easy to speed into the base to the hangar with the Rhino through the breakable fence section with a car. Hardly any resistance on the way to the garage just FBI cars. If you are worried about heat you can store a bike in the hangar and use that to go back to the save point rather than running too!

@Wabbbit I personally placed it right outside the building, saved. then went back outside to place it in the hangar and save a 2nd time.

You looked at this guide, saw detailed and helpful instructions, and made this post? Why are you looking up tips for this achievement if you didn't want help with it? What "unrealted" text are you talking about? Were you expecting somebody to tell you to shoot a red barrel?
