Load Director Mode as any Animal Actor you have unlocked then trophy will pop. See Cryptozoologist for more info on the Animals.

In order to unlock an animal, you must first collect the Peyote Plants situated around Los Santos. See "Cryptozoologist" for more details on unlocking animals. Once you do have one unlocked, simply enter Director mode from the Rockstar Editor menu and once in the trailer, choose the animal for the achievement.

Go to Director Mode : In the Casting Menu , select Actors , then Animals and select the animal that you like. If you write ????? that means you haven’t discovered the animal yet... eat peyote cacti, you will be healthy.

You need to find 1 of 27 secret cacti. After you eat it, you will turn into one of the animals. Then go into director mode and select the animal you found.
