There are 2 requirements you must meet before being allowed to set up the Doomsday Heist as a Heist Leader:

Simply access the Motorcycle Club Menu in the Interaction Menu and select "Register as Motorcycle Club Leader".

- First, you will need to own one of the four offices in Los Santos. These properties can be found on the Dynasty 8 Executive website on the in-game phone and cost anywhere from $1,000,000 to $4,000,000. After purchasing your office, open up the Interaction Menu and scroll down to SecuroServ. You can use this option to register as a CEO and then name your Organization.
Becoming a VIP
- There is no upfront cost, but you will need a bank balance of at least $50,000. If you have the funds, open up the Interaction Menu and scroll down to SecuroServ. You can use this option to register as a VIP and then name your Organization.
Becoming an MC President
- There is no upfront cost to this. Simply purchase any Clubhouse from the Maze Bank Foreclosures app on the in-game phone. Once that's done, open up the Interaction Menu and scroll down to Motorcycle Club. You can use this option to register as an MC President and then name your Organization.
