How to unlock the Multi-Disciplined achievement in Grand Theft Auto V - Definitive Guide
Ammunition shooting range
A triathalon
A street race
A off-road race
A sea race
Flight school lesson
For the shooting range the railgun challenges are the easiest to get gold in (find this under the special tab)
For the triathalon if you have maximum stamina it’s easy to get gold in any of them but I recommend the Vespucci triathalon for the gold medal.
For the street race any of them will do as they are all quite easy if you are using Franklin but I recommend the Hawick race as it is the first one unlocked after the strangers and freaks mission
For the off road race use Franklin as he has the special ability for driving. They are all very easy so it shouldn’t be much hassle for any of them
For the sea race any one will do. The races are very easy.
For the flight school the first lesson is very easy as all you have to do is take off. Use Trevor for this as he is the character that has the most flying skill to start off with.
- Flight School (any of the 12 lessons).
- Off-Road Race (win any of the 6 races).
- Sea Race (win any of the 4 races).
- Shooting Range (1 gold medal out of all 18 challenges).
- Street Race (Complete the "Shift Work" Strangers & Freaks mission for Hao).
- Triathlon (win any of the 3 events).
In the flight school you just need to beat a very simple time limit in the first tutorial. In the various race types and triathlon you need to finish first to get a gold medal. Street races become available by beating Hao's mission but completing that mission itself requires you to get a gold medal in the street race so you won't need to complete any further races. Keep in mind that Hao's mission only becomes available from 8pm-5am while playing as Franklin and is shown as a on the map. For the other hobbies you can choose whichever character you like.
Here is a video walkthrough for this trophy:
In GTA V, there are over 60 hobbies and pastimes available around San Andreas. Some of these include Taxi Missions, Races, Parachuting, Triathlons, Sports and more.
For this achievement, you only have to worry about obtaining ONE Gold Medal in the following activities:
- Flight School
- Off-Road Race
- Sea Race
- Street Race
- Shooting Range
- Triathlon
For the Triathlons, Sea Races and Off-Road Races, you only need to get 1st place to obtain a Gold Medal. For the Flight School and Shooting Range, you only have to worry about getting a Gold Medal in one of the many challenges available. This achievement can be done with any character, so don't worry about keeping track of who does what.

Franklin's very first Strangers & Freaks Mission, "Shift Work," will count as a Street Race for this achievement even if you did not get a Gold Medal on it.
