How to unlock the Crew Cut achievement in Grand Theft Auto V (Xbox One) - Definitive Guide

To attain this achievement, all you have to do is sign up or log into Rockstar social club and go to the crew section. From there you will want to find a crew you like. Either start your own crew, or request to join one.

Once you are part of the crew you have to play a job with a member of your crew. All you have to do now is play a multiplayer mission, race, death match, last team standings or any type of job in GTA Online with someone who is part of the same crew.

You can easily get this by requesting to join a friends crew and doing a job with them while you are in a session together.

Sorry does that last bit mean you have to complete a job with someone else in your crew? If so that would make sense as to why I haven't popped this cos I've completed many jobs since being a crew member but not necessarily with anyone from my crew...

Yes, you have to complete a mission with a player from the same crew

Should really make it clearer in the solution that you need to be in a game with someone from the same crew.

It does state that you have to do one job with a crew member at the bottom. It couldn't be any clearer. Sorry

'A crew member' doesn't say 'Of your crew'

Just join the IGN Crew and set it to active crew (no need to leave your real crew) and chances are good that the first random job you start or join will have another IGN member.
Leave the crew afterwards if you don't want to be tagged a useless member of a mass crew.

This achievement requires you to complete any job in GTA Online whilst you are a member of a crew AND playing with another member of that same crew in the job with you. You can be on different teams and do not need to win.

To join a crew you will need to visit the Rockstar Social Club's Crew section. You will firstly need a social club account so go ahead and sign up if you havnt already, otherwise log in with your account.
Pick a crew that either the friends who you already play with are in OR pick a crew that you both will need to join. Once joined load up GTA Online and look for a job and invite your other crew member into. Once the job is complete your achievement will be unlocked so long as you both have the same active crew set.

Note: If you change your crew status whilst you are actively in GTA Online you will be kicked out and have to pick your GTA Online character again to apply the changes.
