To complete this achievement you must do both The Fleeca job ( First Heist ) and The Pacific Standard Job (Fifth Heist). You do not have to do the second, third and fourth.
The final heist ends after jumping off the cliff on your bikes and parachuting off them and land in the water. Once landed in the water or safely on the ground, get into the boat and sail up to the bridge and the heist will be complete. The achievement will be unlocked after the cutscene with Lester and been returned to freeroam.

I have done all heists now and hosted them all, this chevo didn't pop though?

I've hosted all my games, got every achievement except this one. I have joined a few random games, but initial run I was host. I replayed Flecca and Pacific still no joy, I need to try it now where someone else hosts Pacific and not me.

These achievements that require being part of a crew; do all 4 players need to be part of the same crew, or do you just need one buddy from the same crew?

You don't need any members from the same crew as you. I did the Fleeca job with my buddy and did the pacific standard with 3 randomers

I've hosted all my heists too. And it didn't pop for me. It poped for my 3 friends at the end of the heist...
I Just add that the achievement of not being hit during the final heist didn't pop too for me...

It should work for both Heist Leader or Crew. They may be a glitch with the heist leader so maybe try being invited instead of being host

I don't know. I did do all the heist set ups for both of them. I would recommend in doing all set ups anyway because of more money gained by the non-hosts

Easier method for the PS heist finale is to get jet skis and go around the coast until you find the opening for the dingy.

Anyone who has the Pacific Standard Heist message me on Xbox. I can't be fucked going through all the tedious setup missions with randoms and its near impossible even find a lobby for this mission when I search for a quick job.
