This achievement is quite easy to get, the list of activities to complete is not as long as many think it is. If you pause the game, go to the stats menu then to unlocks and then progress, there is a huge list of activities to do. Next to each activity is a YES or NO indicating whether you have completed it or not. The only activities that matter for this achievement are as follows:
Get a Haircut
Get a Tattoo
Buy clothes
Play Golf
Play Tennis
Play Darts
Complete at least one challange in the Shooting Range
Have an Arm Wrestle
Hold up a store
Buy a private dance at the Strip Club
Lastly, make sure you do not quit out of any of the activities before completion as i have read that it doesn't count towards the achievement. You don't have to win at the games as I lost my game of golf.

I've done everything on your list but it didn't seem to work. Any chance it could say YES next to an activity but have it not count? I was playing tennis and the person quit but it says YES in my list.
Oh, I didn't realize that you have to go to 7 games. It unlocked after I completed the whole thing. Thx :)

Just as a side note, I transferred my online character from the 360 where I had already unlocked this achievement.
I started a race playlist and after completing the first race this unlocked for me.

When I completed the list I didn't get the achievement, it popped after I bought a non-DLC tattoo, the only ones I had were added in the updates.

Ok finally someone stayed with me for 6 games of tennis that's how many you have to play....well I lost 6 let's put it that way...you may have to play 7 for the deciding game.
Also yep you have to buy a tattoo rather than the free ones....other than that it's very easy..

Can confirm that you can just select the "make it rain" option at the stripper in the public area and it counts.
If opponent quits, it still counts for you.

I finally got it. Had to do a full tennis match without the other party quitting. Even though it showed that I played tennis before, it didnt count until we played a full set. Which takes FOREVER.

I did everything multiple times in a single session and no achievement.
Edit: I tried doing shooting range again with another player and after accidentally starting it on my own and quitting, it unlocked.

Thats will be why it hasnt unlocked, you need to complete the game of tennis WITHOUT anybody quitting out. Once you start an activity it will mark it off your list, but to count it towards the achievement, you need to finish a game. Best if you host it and set it to 1 set. Each set has 7 games in it, which tends to be long enough. If your having problems getting a game finished, message me and i'll help :)

For anyone else wondering the Private Dance at a strip club never shows as completed on the map for whatever reason. So you just have to remember that you did it. Great list.

Thank you so much for this. I was looking at the other solution and was like "yeah no, I'm not doing all of that". The ONLY thing I was missing from this list was the Play Tennis. I popped it immediately thank you.
Also YES this has to be on GTA: ONLINE not the story campaign mode just in case people missed the title saying it is GTA: ONLINE
