How to unlock the Majestic achievement in Grand Theft Auto V (Xbox One) - Definitive Guide

You cannot snap and app on your console whilst exporting else it will cancel
To create a clip press and hold
and either press 
to start a recording or 
to turn on action replay mode which records in the background. You can record clips from Story and GTA Online.
Clips must be at least 3 seconds long, once you're happy hold again and press to save the recording. The shorter the clip, the quicker the export.
You're now ready to export, whilst in story mode press
and scroll right using 
to the 'Rockstar Editor' menu and press to enter. Note the Rockstar Editor is only available from story mode. From the Rockstar Editor mode 'Create new project' which will load the editor and then add your clip from the 'Add clip' option.
Press
to exit the timeline and then you're ready to export the clip, choose a name and confirm you wish to export.
Now simply export another 9 clips (can use this one again) to unlock the achievement.

Worked for me. I used the same exact recording. I did change the generic name each like. Example it was named “Project 1”. So after each one I’d call them Project 2, Project 3, etc to be on the safe side.

Exporting crashes the game constantly. I'm on the Series X. It's gotten to 80%, but now it won't go any further.
Yeah, this is really glitched, I don't know if it's the Series X or not. But trying to export crashes the game about 80% of the time. I've gotten it to export 20 plus times now, but it's only counted 8 of those.
It will not go passed 80%. Guess I'll have to install the game on my Xbox One and try there.
Well that's confusing, currently updating my base Xbox One, and I see TA scanned and found I unlocked Majestic, what? Says I unlocked it about 30 minutes ago here on TA. I guess it unlocked and I didn't see because of all the crashing? The tracker did still say only 80% though.
OK yeah, when I load the game up and open the tracker, it still says it's at 80% and locked. But it's unlocked when I go to All Achievements. This is really weird, never seen this before.
