HERE IS A LIST OF THE AWARDS WHICH ARE REQUIRED. (THESE MUST BE WINS, TIES DO NOT COUNT)
- Win a Deathmatch
- Win a Team Deathmatch
You can do TDM with 2 people by starting a regular deathmatch that requires 2 people, then switch it to TDM.
- Win a Land Race
- Win an Air Race
- Win a Sea Race
- Win a GTA Race (To do a GTA Race, the host of the race must switch it from a standard race to GTA)
- Win a Rally Race (The host of the race must select Rally as the race type) Requires 4 Players so that there is a Driver and Co-Driver in each car
- Win at Arm Wrestling
- Win at Darts
- Win a round of Golf (Can be set to 1 hole)
- Win at Tennis (Can be a single Set)
- Complete all Waves of Survival (It unlocked after completing it, regardless of deaths.)
- Win any challenge at the Shooting Range (Some people claim all three challenges are required, whereas others claim only the one, it may be safer to do all three)
GAME TYPES WHICH AREN'T COVERED BY THE VICTORY AWARDS WHICH ARE ALSO REQUIRED INCLUDE:
- Parachuting
- Gang Attack
The 10 Waves of Survival and the Gang Attack can be done solo, the rest require 2-4 people

There's a time and a place. People asking to boost in the comments section of a solution pisses a lot of people off so we always remove them and ask them not to but half the time they're too stupid to read and ask anyway.
You can't see them but we've had to delete nearly 60 boosting requests from this solution alone which, if left, just clog everything up and get in the way of someone looking for comments about the actual solution. Gaming Sessions are created precisely for this purpose or you can post something in the game's forum, just not here. Your sarcastic ignorance of the situation is always appreciated though.

You can't do any of it Solo. As they all require 2 people except the Rally Race which requires 4 people as you need 2 Drivers and 2 Co-Drivers

Update: I got it yesterday and you have to do everything with a partner besides suvival, you can do that solo. And the special race, that needs 4 people. Remember things like the shooting range must be done solo.

Got this one today. Here's what I found:
~ On Shooting Range only one challenge is necessary;
~ You can die in Survival, as long as your team go to wave 10 and beat it;
~ You can track game modes you're missing here:

Got this today. You definitely need to win a parachuting match against another player. I did it solo and didn't get the achievement but when I won against someone else it popped immediately.

Just got this today. A work around for the sea races is you can create your own and this will still count as a sea race win. Unfortunately if you don’t have a parachuting win already this won’t really help as you can’t create one but thought it would be handy for anyone who just needs a sea race win.

If you choose a job (not a quick job), and search, most of the time there will be no matches found. Press B to host your own, then after you fix the settings, turn matchmaking off.

As of Mar 8 2024, achievement still pops. Did everything on this list with a friend (including doing all 3 challenges with a pistol). Anyone struggling with survival, processed was the best map for me to complete it on.

Parachuting modes, Target Assault Races, Versus missions and TONS of Adversary Modes are seemingly vaulted or removed from #GTAOnline.
In the latest article, Rockstar says certain jobs will be removed to make space for further updates and improve player matchmaking.
Rockstar also vaulted
- Special Vehicle Races (Deluxo, Blazer Aqua, Ruiner 2000, Rocket Voltic, Stromberg, Thruster, Issi Races)
- Sea Races
- RC Bandito Races
Only Adversary Modes available now are
- Bunker Modes
- Deadline

- Hasta La Vista
- Hunting Pack Remix
- Missile Base Modes
- Sumo Remix
That's it.
(With Parachuting and Sea races removed Numero Uno is unobtainable unless the requirements have been changed) If you have them bookmarked you can still play them

Edit: Survival has been rotated back in
Unfortunately, Survival has been vaulted recently. For this version of the game, there is a special event for survival that will last until October 27, 2021. (https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/events). It is unclear whether or not survival will return after the conclusion of this weekly special event, which may indicate that the achievement may become partially discontinued in the future. Meaning that if you wish to earn this achievement and complete the game and have not completed Survival, now is a great time to do so. The special event is quite difficult, but we used the map Grapeseed and stuck to the roofs, forming a good strategy after some trial and error. Good luck!
