For this achievement you will need to survive 24 hours ( game time ) with a bounty on your head.

Here's a easy way to earn this, if your not playing with your friends and your in an online game with a bunch of people try to find someone and keep killing them and annoying them do whatever you can do to piss them off to the point where they put a bounty on you. You will know you have a bounty cause it will pop up on your screen telling you how much bounty was set on you.

Once and as soon as the bounty is placed on you LEAVE THE GAME ASAP BEFORE YOU GET KILLED, quit the game and load up a SOLO game session online. While in solo no one can kill you & the bounty Carry's over into the solo. From there wait it out .... The 24 hours ( Game Time ) Hope this was useful.

I followed the guide above, and it didn't seem to work - not sure if it's been in a patch since the last solution, but I'm fairly certain that time in the apartment no longer counts towards the bounty timer:

I got an AI bounty on a populated server, ran for my life for about 20 minutes with several close shaves (Turns out if you get run over by a jet, you 'die' as oppose to 'get killed by...' so that doesn't count as losing your bounty), and eventually made it back to my apartment where I let it idle for about 3 hours irl. Achievement didn't pop, so I left if to idle for another few irl hours. Still nothing, so I switched to an invite only lobby, and it popped after 1 and a half minutes.

To get to the invite only lobby, do: Start menue -> single player -> Online -> Join GTA online (Should give you some options after this) -> Start invite only session, and then let it idle OUTSIDE OF YOUR APARTMENT AND GARAGE

Super simple achievement. If you can’t get a friend to put a bounty on you then just enter a solo session (so other real players cannot kill you) and start stealing random cars on the road that are being driven by an NPC (the civilians in game). You’ll piss off one NPC enough that they’ll send you a text message from “Unknown” stating the words to the effect of “You’ve fucked with the wrong person”. Then you’ll get a notification that “Unknown” has placed a bounty on you.

Simply drive around or kill random civilians whatever you like. Within 48 minutes real life time you’ll get the achievement as 24 hour game time = 48 mins in real.

Please note that if you are killed by an NPC your bounty will NOT reset. The only time it will be reset is if another real player kills you. Once you receive the achievement, you’ll also receive the bounty for “surviving”. It will be anywhere in the amount of 1-10k.

Since all the current solutions miss the necessary clarifications on the requirements for bountys to be set on you, I'll sum things up and go for a more complete SOLO way to get this done.

Requirements:

• Be at least level 10;
• Talk to Lester at his house ("L" on the map);
• Don't be in passive mode.

How to get the bounty from a NPC:

• Go to a solo or an invite-only session - from pause menu in Single Player, select GTA ONLINE, then PLAY GTA ONLINE, and lastly SOLO SESSION or INVITE ONLY SESSION;
• Keep robbing cars (those with drivers, not the parked ones) and evading police when necessary;
• Eventually you will receive text messages from "Unknown" threatening you and a banner saying BOUNTY will appear on the center of your screen.

PS: It doesn't seem to matter if the driver turns on you or runs away.

How to survive for a day:

OPTION 1: Idle

• Simply go to somewhere on the open where you can't get accidentally killed, like a top of a building, a small alley, a top of a billboard, whatever;
• Move your character every few minutes so you don't get kicked from the session;
• Wait for the achievement to pop - will take around 50 minutes after the BOUNTY message.

PS: Don't go to closed places like your apartment or the Casino. If you do, the time you spend in these places seems to be added to total time needed.
PPS: You can die, as long as it's not due to other players actions. Therefore, you shouldn't be killed by other players, hence you stay away from public sessions after getting the bounty on your head.

OPTION 2: Doing stuff that earn you RP and GTA$

• Hunt some collectibles (Playing Cards, Action Figures, Signal Jammers, Movie Props or Shipwrecks);
• Stunt Jumps (same from Single Player Story);
• Hunt and deliver Exotic Exports in the docks;
• Get and deliver Simeon's cars in the docks (1 per day max).

i got the bounty in normal online, and just kept driving around. it somehow switched me to online SOLO and i just kept whizzing round and it popped.

Para obter essa conquista basta criar uma sessão privada, depois é só sair roubando vários carros até um NPC ficar furioso com você ao ponto dele mesmo colocar uma recompensa na sua cabeça, depois disso é só você sobreviver por 24 horas no jogo, são 48 minutos em tempo real. feito isso a conquista ira desbloquear.
