Grand Theft Auto V (Xbox One)

This achievement is story based, and cannot be missed. It will pop when you complete the Merryweather Heist mission, stealing the super weapon from a freight ship at the docks.

Sadly, Lester comes along, in a hospital gown, showing his fat ass crack, and tells you to put it back, after all the hard work! The achievement pops either after or during the final cutscene.

NOTE: There's a strange phenomenon happening just lately with the Achievement system on the Xbox One. Achievements aren't popping visibly or audibly, but they do. Your console has to be connected to Live, so if they don't pop, check your Internet connection, and the Xbox Live status page at http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

They DO pop correctly, as I obtained them on the 360 version.

If the achievement didn't unlock for you, replay the merryweather heist and don't skip any sections.

This achievement requires you to complete "The Merryweather Heist".

This heist can be completed in two ways, the "Offshore" approach or the "Freighter" approach. They are both covered

You have to start this mission as Trevor. You will begin this mission with a cutscene.

Offshore Approach

Once the cutscene ends, you will be told to find a four-seated car and then drive all the way to Sandy Shores Airfield. When you reach Sandy Shores Airfield, you will have to get inside the Cargobob and hover above the submarine, and pick it up with the implemented grappling hook. You have then got to drop the submarine in the yellow marker and with the submarine find the superweapon under the water using the navigation device you are given. Once you find it, you have to return to the surface with it and pick it up using the Cargobob again. When you pick it up, return back to Sandy Shores Airfield to finish the mission.

NOTE: IF THE ACHIEVEMENT DIDN'T UNLOCK WHEN COMPLETING THIS MISSION THEN REPLAY THE MISSION VIA THE "GAME" TAB.

Freighter Approach

Once the cutscene ends, you will be told to find a four-seated car and then drive to the bridge. When you are in position, you can either be Franklin, the sniper, or Michael, the bomber, I would personally go with Michael, but it's your own choice. If you are Franklin, protect Michael by sniping enemies, if you are Michael, then sneakily plant the bombs in locations. As Franklin and Michael, they will eventually spot you no matter what, they will also bring in a helicopter, quickly shoot that down. As soon as most guards are taken out, the cargo ship is sunk in a cutscene and you control Michael and try to find the superweapon in the sea. Once you find it, Trevor will pick it up with the submarine and go to the yellow marker. This completes the mission with a cutscene.

You Can Simply Earn This Achievement By Completing The Mearyweather heist

if the achievement doesn’t unlock restart the game/Xbox or do the mission again(no skipping)
