How to unlock the Wanted: Alive Or Alive achievement in Grand Theft Auto V - Definitive Guide

For this achievement you will need to deliver a bounty alive. A tip for this is to shoot them in the legs.
You will need to unlock Maude’s bounty missions before going for this achievement. She is unlocked after the mission MR Phillips.
She will appear as a strangers and freaks

[MISSABLE] This trophy can be missed if you have not unlocked it by the time you get to the final mission and choose an option other than "Option C". Furthermore there are only four bail bond targets which provide you with an opportunity to earn this trophy so even if "Option C" is selected, this can still be easily missed.

Bail bond missions are only available to Trevor. After doing the story mission "Mr. Philips", travel to the icon North-East of Sandy Shores:

Once there, you will meet Maude and unlock the bail bond side missions. Go back to your safehouse and sleep. When you wake up you should receive an email with details about your first target named Ralph Ostrowsk. To find him you need to head east to the "Davis Quartz" quarry area as shown here:

After you locate the target use the quick save feature as insurance against accidentally killing him. Now quickly shoot the tires of his car and when he tries to run away just chase and shoot him with the stun gun (which can be purchased from any Ammu-Nation store for $90 or received automatically during the first "Civil Border Patrol Strangers & Freaks mission) or if you don't have one, punch him by holding and pressing . You can even try running him over with your car but only touch him lightly otherwise he will die. He should surrender after this, he will then enter your car automatically and you need to drive back to Maude. After you hand the bail bond target over to Maude the trophy will unlock.

There are a total of four bail bond missions and they aren't replayable so you only have a few more chances if you fail at this first attempt. They are:
  • Bail Bond Target #2: Larry Tupper - In front of the giant barn in the Grand Senora Desert.
  • Bail Bond Target #3: Glenn Scoville - Parachuting off the summit of Mount Chiliad.
  • Bail Bond Target #4: Curtis Weaver - In the homeless camp by the foot of Mount Chiliad.

Bail Bond missions are only available while playing as Trevor. After finishing his first mission, "Mr. Philips," make your way to the orange question mark icon on the map in Grapeseed. This will lead you to Maude, who will regularly send you emails of Bail Bond targets with their last know location.

The first Bail Bond mission you receive will task you with capturing Ralph Ostrowski, who is located in the middle of the Davis Quartz Quarry. This area is located just southeast of Trevor’s safehouse. Once you arrive at the quarry, head on through the entrance and continue straight up the dirt road. A set of train tracks should be on your left and you'll then come to a fork in the road; go right. Make another right at the next fork in the road and proceed up the dirt hill.

You will now be positioned at the top of the quarry where the road will spiral down into the center construction zone. This is where the Bail Bond target is located. Make your way down there and Ralph will jump into his vehicle and begin flee the area. You're going to need to deliver his alive, so shoot out his tires to immobilize his vehicle and then pull him out of his car. Now get back into your own vehicle with him (he should follow willingly) and return to Maude for your achievement.

A task from Maude, Trevor's girlfriend to find criminals.

It only gives a map of the area. If you don’t have the entire map open, but you want to catch the asshole, then look on the map that came with the disk, in square 5E, there is that same quarry.

(on the quarry there is the inscription Davis Quartz and a blue flag)

It’s best to drive in unnoticed from the back side of the quarry, then crouch down and get as close to the cars as possible and then shoot out the wheels of the car and generally worsen its condition as much as possible, then it will be easier for you to catch up with it, stop it and deliver it alive to get this trophy.

Attention! It's better to get the trophy BEFORE completing the story! Since then it will be almost impossible to get this trophy due to a bug (the mission is completed, but the trophy is not given), or you will need to load a save in which you have not yet completed the storyline and complete this mission.

After one hit from a stun gun (unlocked after the mission with Russian Joe), the quarryman will immediately surrender. Important! Doesn't work from afar - come closer, long reload time.

You can catch him without chasing him in cars. You just need to shoot from a distance with a pistol a couple of times at the feet of the one you want to catch, he will fall, get up and immediately raise his hands, surrendering to you, regardless of the distance)

I lassoed the first guy, shooting him in the legs from above the canyon) He stood below with his hands raised

If you accidentally killed the first escaped prisoner, don't be upset . The mod issues contracts for the capture of several prisoners; the trophy will drop if you deliver any of them alive.

It is quite difficult to find the locations of criminals using a photo from Mod.
