This achievement is for completing all 4 car export lists. This will take a bit of time to find all the vehicles but isn't to hard. Below is a text guide of the names and a general location of each one. Also included is a video guide if you prefer that over a written guide.

Blista Compact-Found parked and driving around the neighbourhoods of Washington Beach and Ocean Beach.
Esperanto-Found parked and driving around the neighbourhoods of Little Havana and Little Haiti.
Idaho-Found parked and driving around the neighbourhood of Little Havana.
Landstalker-Always parked near to the Downtown Dirt Track in Downtown.
Rancher-Found parked and driving around the Vice Point or sometimes Downtown.
Stallion-Found parked and driving around the neighbourhoods of Little Havana and Downtown.

Admiral-Parked outside the house furthest west on Starfish Island.
Sabre-Parked in and around the North Point Mall, in Vice Point.
Sentinel-On the ground floor of Sunshine Autos.
Stretch-Parked outside the Vercetti Estate on Starfish Island.
Virgo-Found parked and driving around the Vice Point.
Washington-Found parked and driving around the neighbourhoods Vice Point and Downtown.
