How to unlock the One is Better Than Two achievement in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – The Definitive Edition - Definitive Guide
Simply go to the beach and slowly wheelie on a flat surface. I found using the classic controller format and rapidly tapping to work flawlessly.

Classic control format, beach and Sanchez worked best for me.

1. Get a Sanchez dirtbike. I tried it with a PCJ-600 but that motorcycle goes way too fast so the back of it touches the surface most of the time, resulting in a failed wheelie.
2. Go to the beach and find a flat surface (for example close to the sea in the south east of the map).
3. In the options menu, go to 'controls', 'adjust control layout', and set the control scheme to 'classic'.
4. Press or so it is easier to see the position of your front wheel.
5. Pull back .
6. Start tapping .
- If you're going too slow and the front wheel almost touches the sand, start tapping faster.
- If you're going to fall backwards (the front wheel is too high in the sky), decrease your tapping speed.
When you start your wheelie, check the time in the upper right corner of the screen and add 0:30 to it. Now you know when you can stop your wheelie without being too early.

This is best done with the Dirtbike (Sanchez). On the first island you'll find a beach in front of the first safe house you're given. This will give you a long and generally uninterrupted straight line to work with.
I recommend switching your controller layout to "Classic" for this. What you'll want to do is start the wheelie then tap the X button in a rhythm to keep yourself in the same position. Once you get the feeling for it, do this for 30 seconds to net yourself the trophy.
If you're having trouble finding a Sanchez, there's a dirt track at the top of the second island that will always have one spawned there.
