Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – The Definitive Edition

Quick note, this achievement is a little buggy and may require you to own more than 10 before it unlocks. I personally needed about 12-13.

There is nothing wrong about the other solution, but if you want some more details/information you can use this guide. Some of the properties and businesses require a certain amount of progression to unlock.

5. 1102 Washington Street ($3,000) - Complete "In The Beginning..."

6. Ocean Heights Apartment ($7,000) - Complete "In The Beginning..."

7. 3321 Vice Point - Complete "In The Beginning..."

8. Skumole Shack ($1,000) - Complete "Phnom Penh '86" (accessible only after Phnom Penh '86)

9. Hyman Condo ($14,000) - Complete "Phnom Penh '86" (accessible only after Phnom Penh '86)

Below are the Asset Properties
You must complete the mission to unlock the ability to purchase properties. Any property that previously had a blue house logo next to it, will now be green and ready for purchase.

11. Cherry Popper Ice Cream Factory ($20,000) - Located in Little Havana

12. The Pole Position Club ($30,000) - Located in Ocean Beach

13. Kaufman Cabs ($40,000) - Located in Little Haiti

14. Sunshine Autos ($50,000) - Located in Little Havana

15. InterGlobal Studios ($60,000) - Located on Prawn Island

16. Print Works ($70,000) - Located in Little Haiti

17. Malibu Club ($120,000) - Located in Vice Point

18. Phil's Place ($Free) - You must complete the mission

There is 9 safehouses and 9 business to own.

Considering two of the safehouses are the Mansion and the Hotel Suite, you only need to acquire an additional 8.

The cheapest one will be :

- Skumole Shack, on the west island, in front of the chopper bar. There is a starecase to access it. 1000$
- Vice point Safehouse, near the mall in the north east. 2500$
- Washington Street Safehouse, directly across Rosenberg's offices. 3000$.
- Links View Appartment. Near the Vice Point pay'n'spray. 6000$.
- Ocen Heights Appartments, near the Pole Position strip club. 7000$
- El Swanko Casa. Near Vice Point Hospital. 8000$
- VC Boatyard. At the VC docks southwest of the map. 10000$
- Hyman Condo. Northwest of the map near VCN News. 14000$
