How to unlock the Timekeeper achievement in Gravel - Definitive Guide

Open the "Time Race" from the main menu and select any track and any vehicle. Then complete the course. No matter how good the time is, you'll set a new record and cash in on this reward.

Open Time Attack Mode at the main menu, and select Memorial Coliseum, first track, it's the shortest.

Simply go to ‘Time Attack’ mode in the main menu, select a track and car and start driving. The only requirement is to drive a full lap, no matter your speed, then quit out to the menu again and the trophy should pop.

Just go from the main menu to the TIME ATTACK mode and go to the end of any route. If it's a roundabout, you can exit after the first circle.
