Ms. Charm visits the village on each of the female symbol (Venus) day. She can be found inside the tavern/inn.

Fair warning. This seems unmissable, but it can glitch. I passed the whole game, got 60 achievements, and somehow this didn't pop for some reason. I went back on a second playthrough, and it popped instantly.

Ms. Charm comes to the bar every Lust Day (the female icon) and at first won't even give you the time of day. Your first quest with her will be to use Faith to prove that you're worth her time, while also unlocking the ability to get stories from Vagner in exchange for 10 paper and 1 pen and ink (all obtained from Astrologer early on, or made in the Church Workbench).

Miss Charm can be found in the tavern during the day of Lust. Just enter the tavern during the day she is there. This will start her tasks for you, where you will have to bring her at least 5 Faith, which you obtain by doing sermons in the Church.
