How to unlock the Even here achievement in Graveyard Keeper - Definitive Guide
You will have to have done the first few steps of the game
This achievement involves a few steps to unlock a kitchen garden where you can grow vegetables.
Just below your home is an empty garden area with a sign which you read to start the quest. You will be directed to Horadric at The Dead Horse (the village tavern). When you speak to him, he will give you a Garden Certificate which you can use back at the sign to claim the garden.
This should unlock the achievement, although the quest is not technically complete (you just need to find and talk to the Merchant).
More details are here.

The kitchen garden is located to the southeast of your main workplace and house. A sign here will show that the tavern keeper will give you permission if you talk to him. He'll tell you that the Merchant seized the land, but you're fine to use it if you talk to him about it as well as give you the permission slip. Using the slip at the building bench of the garden gives you the trophy and access to growing your own crops here.
In order to fix the garden, first you need to claim the property from Horadric. Head to the Dead Horse and talk to him. He’ll tell you, you have to talk to the Merchant in order to claim the property, but you can just go back to your garden without talking to the Merchant. He’ll give you the papers needed to use the garden. Once you have the papers, just head back to the garden and go to the pile of rubble to claim it.
