After obtaining a dubious bartender for your tavern, go in the back room and talk to Gerry, then break down the wall next to him to find the Archaeological Time Machine. Now you need to find a long procession of item to put into the machine, each of which will give you a glimpse into the Village's past.
The first item you need to find is a statuette, so go talk to Horadric. He'll tell you to ask his wife about it, so go find Chain in the bar and speak with her. She'll take you outside for a more private conversation.
Go back inside and talk to Horadric again, then go find Krezvold the blacksmith and speak with him. Run back over to the tavern and talk to Chain once more and she'll finally give up the statuette.
Take it back to Gerry, watch the cutscene, and get your achievement.
