This one is pretty easy, for a change. Gerry says he needs a brick from the church. So go there and look for a question mark indicator right next to the blueprint table outside the church. Grab the brick and bring it back to Gerry for a conversation and a couple of cutscenes. Finish your chat with "Gerry" and your achievement will unlock.
Don't worry if you haven't completed some of the other achievements, like the event-related ones. You can continue on playing after completing the story portion of the DLC.
