Once you become tasked with finding the Ancient Lockpicks, go talk to the miller. Check the spots around the mill indicated by question marks until someone pops up in front of you. Now head over to the Lighthouse and talk to the keeper. If he's not there, you may need to wait until Sloth day for him to appear.
Speak with him to get a short scene, and now you are tasked with putting on a comedy show at your tavern. Hopefully you've been keeping your tavern supplied with liquor as you'll need a couple of stars for this. Check the blueprint table next to the bar to see that you'll need:
10 Flyers
5 Faith
2 Reputation Stars
Again, preparing food in the tavern's kitchen will increase your income for the event, but it's not required for this achievement. As soon as you have the required items, just select the event from the blueprint table, watch the scene, and see your results.
Your achievement will unlock when you close the results screen.
