Once you are tasked with finding the Amulet of the Ancient God, go to the Lighthouse and speak with the keeper. Ask him to sell you the amulet, then tell him you'll just have to steal it.
Head to the evil shrine and meet with Snake. Remember that Snake only appears at night on Envy day. He agrees to steal the amulet if you organize some rat races. Stop by the house and grab or craft:
x18 Wooden Plank
x36 Nails
X4 Advanced Conical Flask
Make sure you also have 10 Flyers and 5 Faith. Head back to the tavern and build the rat racing table from the blueprint table. Now all you need is 2 reputation stars and you can start a rat race event.
Once again, any food prepared in the tavern's kitchen will increase your income for the event, but it is not required for this achievement. Your achievement will unlock after the results screen.
