How to unlock the Refugees are safe achievement in Graveyard Keeper - Definitive Guide

WARNING! There are 3 different endings to this DLC. Which one you choose has a large effect on continued gameplay and the game doesn't notify you about these effects beforehand (nor the fact that there are indeed 3 different endings)
The Dark ending may not net you this achievement so be warned!
(If someone finds out that it does please let me know and I'll edit the solution)
Edit: Some in the comments have confirmed that either of the 3 endings will net you the achievement.

There's only 1 for sure MISSABLE achievement in this DLC. I'll list is here in case you haven't checked it out yet.

You can get this with the dark ending.

The Sad ending will not unlock the achievement per the steam guide: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=25253...

The Sad ending is the one I accidentally chose and the achievement unlocked for me. Maybe it's different on the Xbox version....
Did you personally choose the Dark ending? Looking for confirmation on the Xbox side.

I can confirm that you get this achievement with the dark ending. Refugees are still in the camp.
