Obtaining this is easy after you’ve unlocked the Dungeon, as all you have to do is slowly work your way through the levels until you kill all monsters and find the next door. As you’re immortal and respawn with all your stuff each time you’re ‘killed’, completing these achievements is only a matter of persistence.

If for any reason this trophy is not popping after finishing dungeon level 10, make sure you have the Hunter's Medallion on your inventory.
In my playthrough I went all the way from 1 to 15 and only got the first trophy and the last. Got back home, got the medallion and repeated the dungeon (enemies respawned and map changed)
