Immediately after burying your first body as part of the tutorial, the bishop will arrive after a few more dialogue boxes.

The Bishop is the first weekly character you'll meet and he will be positioned outside of the Chapel every Prideday, characterized by the sun symbol. His first quest for you will be to tidy up the chapel graveyard (graves and trees) before he can open the Chapel for you. Simply interacting with him is what will give you this trophy.

You’ll meet the Bishop during the tutorial of the game. The Bishop is available on the day of Pride at the church.
