Here's what I'd recommend for this to make it as efficient as possible. The following achievements should be your last so don't grind them out early.
The Moon walk achievement in Gravity Guy (Windows) worth 63 pointsRun the distance from Earth to the Moon.
For Endless runs go for the score based achievements first:
The 35,000 points later ... achievement in Gravity Guy (Windows) worth 13 pointsReach a score of at least 35,000 in Endless mode.
The 50,000 points and counting! achievement in Gravity Guy (Windows) worth 32 pointsReach a score of at least 50,000 in Endless mode.
Once you have these you can download an auto clicker like the following:

Start up the game in Endless and hover the cursor over the Try Again button. Gravity Guy will die and it'll auto retry. It'll also cancel the prompt for the slo-mo. Step away for awhile until you get the 100 and 250 runs and you're good to go!
