I downloaded Fast Mouse Clicker http://sourceforge.net/projects/fastclicker/ ( I used to have aarons clicker but it has adware now) and set it to click once every 10th of a second. I made sure I got past the 3 "would you like to use a slowdown" nags, I then enabled the clicker and stepped away for about 30 minutes until it finished.

just to be noted, this can be done in practice mode. This will make it so you dont have to worry about the slowdown notifications. This is how i did it.

These achievements just require you to flip gravity (by tapping the screen) 1000 and 10,000 times. They will most certainly unlock before you finish both chapters of Story Mode without dying, and probably way before that.
