If you receive a challenge from someone, check whether you have completed this mission and if not, just accept the challenge. This way you are immediately transported to the test and do not have to hobble to get there. You don't have to win the challenge. You can replay the mission even if you lost it.
Be sure to change talismans for the mission. For missions with a stasis field, attach more talismans with a carrying capacity. This will be especially useful in testing the removal of all sorts of goods from the base. For racing, take talismans that increase your sliding speed. In Jupiter style, the sliding speed and flying speed are higher than others.
