Spiraling Claw is Kat's special attack in the default style. You can perform it by pressing

I got that trophy in story mission 18, where you have to fight of that Grigo mob. But I am most certain, I did NOT earn it by defeating 10 at a time with one single attack. Instead for me it popped when I did it on a second attempt most certainly not finishing off 10 enemies with one attack again. Either I just miscounted or the trophy really was cumulative for whatever reason.
