How to unlock the Mining Instructions achievement in GRAVITY RUSH 2 - Definitive Guide

To get this achievement, you need to wait in the game for a message that “gravitational disturbance has been detected.” Then go to the desired quarry, open the map and fly to the entrance to the first level. Then, once you’re there, look for a slab with purple inscriptions; like the others you’ve encountered before, it gives you a task, the reward for completing which is a pass to the next level of the quarry. The stove is usually located very close to the entrance to the level, most often on one island. After reaching the third level, the trophy is immediately activated.

In addition to what was written above, this achievement is achieved in the second half of the game when you complete an additional chain of quests to find objects thrown into the quarry fissure. After this, in the quarries there will be signs with tests, for completing which a fault will appear in the next layer of the quarry.
