Has anyone figured out how to fix this being stuck at 98%? i dont want to do another playthrough of this game just because some stupid bug

edit: i went back through at the point of no return (which you cant cook anything else after that, making this missable) and it popped after one i know i already made. So either not all creations are counted, or the recipes above are specifically requiring those ingredients, despite there being multiple ways of making them
