The tactics against the boss turned out to be quite easy. In Rydel's tutorial, it was never said that his harpoon helps take away shields. And this is the key to winning this battle. Take control of the girl and the warrior (pull them into one place first) and simply take away the shield from the boss (R2 and then hammer the square). This will take away the boss's shield and stun him for a while. The girl will begin to cause damage while Rydel needs to get up as quickly as possible (hit a cross). Afterwards we pour in as much damage as we can and take away the shield again. And so on until victory.
