These are the new enemies in the 'De Vespe Conspiracy' they look like large cats and some will attack you almost straight away, this was my first achievement of the DLC so I wouldn't worry about it

New monster in the expansion. He is common and killing him does not cause any difficulty. There are enough monsters themselves to get the trophy
