How to unlock the Hysteria, Mass Hysteria! achievement in Green Day: Rock Band - Definitive Guide

To get this achievement, you must have a band of two or more players. You need to get a unison bonus on the songs Burnout, Chump, and She. If you are unsure if you got a unison bonus on a song, simply go into the achievements page and there will be a list that checks off what you have completed toward this achievement.

This can be done with the players on any difficulty (even mixtures of difficutly).

i hope you get it :) . I just have to keep waiting for someone to help me.... Prob end up having to play and sing myself using my headset.

If you do this in a 4 player band the vocalist will NOT get this

I can confirm vocals will not get you the achievement. You need to do this with 2 of the guitars and drums, however you want to mix it up. Good guide though +1

It can be done with the instruments on any difficulty. I had two experts and a hard/medium and we got She checked off the list after we were finished. No unlock yet, because those two band mates were less than helpful.

A Unison Bonus is when 2 or more people play a string of notes together without missing any. You can tell if you get a Unison bonus when the little instrument symbols show up. See below:
 


The Songs:

- Chump
- She
- Burnout

You will need to get a unison bonus on each of the three listed songs: "Burnout”, "Chump”, and "She". A Unison Bonus is achieved when two instruments (Bass, Drums, and Guitar) earn “Energy” at the same time (there will be a message to alert you of a possible Unison Bonus). Vocals are not eligible for Unison Bonuses. This can be done on any difficulty, with any combination of Bass, Drums, and Guitar, in Career or Quickplay.
