The achievement is not hard to figure out.
This song must be played with all four Instruments:
Vocals
Guitar
Bass
Drums
This can be done in ANY difficulty. So this shouldn't be a problem. Getting 3 stars is basically pass the song, seen as you can't pass the song without getting three stars unless you have No Fail on, from my experience anyway.

It is actually possible to pass a song with only 2 stars on vocals.

Play each instrument on easy and get at least 3 stars on the song 'Boulevard of Broken Dreams' and you'll get this trophy.
