Simply earn at least three stars on every song on the Dookie album. It doesnt matter what difficulty you play on so whether you're a good player or just decent, you should have no problems getting it.

Just to add, this has to be done in career mode. Some of the other achievements, such as 3 starring every song on bass, 5 starring every song in the game, or 5 starring every song on American Idiot, count in both modes (quickplay and career). However this achievement and

While playing in the Warehouse, you must get at least 3 stars on each of the songs listed. If you feel nervous about this, play on easy and you will get this trophy.
A, CATSHOVEL
You need to earn a three star rating or better on every song in the first venue: 1994 The Warehouse. This venue contains all 14 “Dookie” tracks. You will get this on your way to “You Had the Time of Your Life".
