If you are looking to get these in a hurry then of course set the difficulty down to hard or even medium depending on your skill on your desired instrument. Also pay attention to the intensity meters of each song so that you can see if it is gonna be tough or easy.

Lastly, I don't think its even possible to 2 star a song on this game, so just imagine the achievement is for finishing all of the songs and just enjoy the ride!

Once you earn at least 3 stars on every song, you will unlock this trophy. This can be done on easy difficulty if you want. You can get these on any instrument, so If you have 3 star'd half the songs on guitar you can complete the rest with the drums and still get the trophy.
