How to unlock the Won't Make It for Dinner achievement in Green Day Rock Band - Definitive Guide
You can actually get this by yourself without having four people! Simply start a new career, hook up all of your instruments, and put them all on the easy difficulty. It turns out that you can't fail if you're on easy. Therefore you can just let all four instruments sit untouched if you want, and just keep going through your career until it is finished. (It takes about 4 hours to make it through it.) Just make sure you finish the career within 12 hours after you start it :)
Also, you don't have to do any of the challenges for this to unlock. Just the 10 sets in the career.
* This also works over Xbox Live with four people *

Just the sets in the career -- I'll update my solution to let people know.

For this trophy you will need to complete all the venues in 12 hours, but in a 4 player band. This may be hard for most people as the Rock Band kit only provides 3 instruments. If you do have all three instruments but no one else to play it with, you can still do this by yourself, plug all the instruments in and set no fail on. Make sure you get at least one star for each song.

It doesn't matter how many stars you get. All you need to do is complete the game with your four player band.
To earn this achievement you will need to beat the entire 44 song Career in less than twelve hours. You can do this achievement online, but I would strongly recommend doing it locally to avoid quitters, connection problems, etc. It takes roughly three and a half hours to complete every song, so there is plenty of room for breaks. Be sure that you have a 4-player band from start to finish just to be sure. Also, be sure that you end with a song that is charted for every instrument so that everyone gets the achievement. If you play the entire Career in order, you will finish on “21st Century Breakdown”, which does have a chart for every instrument.
This can be done solo if you have all of the instruments. Put every instrument on easy, which auto-enables the “No-Fail” option, and let the career play itself. You still have to select each song; so don’t go too far away. Be sure that the final song is charted for whichever instrument your account is signed in to.

The catch is that you need to complete the career in 12 hours in a group of four people. If you and your friends are not complete nerds, then you won’t sit at a game for 4 hours straight (and a career takes about that long). But if you have all the tools, there is a way to get the trophy. Connect all the instruments, start a new career, choose the instrument that you like best, set the difficulty that is convenient for you. For the remaining three instruments, select the Easy difficulty, so you don’t have to play them at all, and you won’t lose the song. Personally, I chose the vocals to get Scream At Me Until My Ears Bleed along the way.
