I got this at the beginning of the third mission on Emerald Knight difficulty. This difficulty is ideal because the enemies take more damage, which means more hits with less enemies required. There is a spot where there are two teleporters spawning an absolute load of enemies three at a time.
Take out the ranged shooters first, then work on the melee enemies by spamming the X button combo. If you get hit or miss a couple swipes and it resets your counter, don't worry, as more baddies will respawn soon enough. If you get a kill and it goes into slow motion, that means the teleporters will not bring any more manhunters, and you should probably quit to the main menu to start over. I was staggering my killing so by the time I was working on the third manhunter, the teleporters were spawning the next two. Hope this helps!
